It’s finally here… My TomTom ONE 3rd Edition! Okay, so I’ve only been waiting for a week, but still…

I did something almost out of character for myself: I told someone what I wanted, instead of asking what I could have. And it has turned out rather spectacularly for me: I received a free TomTom with my cellphone upgrade!

I’m not entirely sure what I’m going to do with it, apart from using it to find Achsah’s house in Alberton. The odds of needing its services in Ladysmith are slim-to-none! Now, of course, I can never again use the excuse of getting lost in big cities or not knowing how to get there. Now I’m going to have a fantastic time finding places!

I haven’t actually used the device yet (apart from a 3 minute drive home from work), so I cannot give a true opinion of it. But I will say this: I love it! I will be testing it out tomorrow during a trip to Durban with my old school for a training course. So yay – I have a day off in which I can play with my new toy!
